求助,接下来我该怎么?

我的一个西班牙的客户,有几个月了,也算是相信我了吧,上周了样品,这周又要led灯条。我之前告诉他了鸿运国际公司灯条可能没有另外一家brother company的的好,然后我推荐他用另外一家的。但是我叫他自己决定,客户没有决定,回复说rely on me,一直催着我pi。 昨天我了pi过去(以我现在的公司的抬头),叫他西联会汇款(之前是tt)。今天他给我了如下的回复:

hi andy:

drive 400km to madrid and back.good motorway).

left it in the office when leing in a hurry with visitors. i′send it to

in the meantime only two things i′d like to comment to you:

1.- the power supply are too expensive, and suppose very hey as well. we

he that in the office, difficult to sale and we bought it cheaper. we

don′t need ip67.

2.- we only can pay to the manufacturer issuing the invoice.

3.- we need a warranty issued by the manufacturer. you must consider that

we′re trying to stablish a base on which to star working at a larger

volume. it is not important the value of a trial order, but it is the

system. for anything we buy we require a 2 years warranty and we want to

know the risks the warranty is covering and how it will work out. you must

understand that we can′t accept the responsability of possible faulty

lights we hen′t manufactured.

4.- we are interested in the ar111, but in my opinion the prices you ge

to us are too high. we rather prefer bridgelux by instance to get a better

price.

last week we receive some par30, 7*2w bridgelux, very good and well finish

at the price of 19us$.

i tell you all that in the most friendly way andy. now i he no much

time, but this afternoon i learned i had to go to madrid, so i decided to

drop you a few letters to advance my opinion to you. pls let me know your

ideas. take your time before taking desitions, i believe we he plenty of

time to organise things in the best way. don′t do anything before i

contact you again.

best regards andy. be sure i′m with you, but things must be done in the

right way to oid problems.
