客户购鸿运国际一套样品，因为货值比较小所以让客户汇到了鸿运国际个人账户,给客户发PI的时候特别说明了，要注意不要写错受益人信息,结果客户还是写错了,我让客户发更正函,客户给我回复了以下
“Can you confirm if this sample is on order or not??? ?What you mentioned below does not make sense….
We cannot just recall a wire transfer back into our account…then re-send to another one.? ?The account we sent money to has to wire back it back to us.Then, we can re-send it to the corrected names below.”

“Because you wrote wrong the beneficiary's name, (see the special instructions when I sent PI) we can't received the sample payment, just need you to send a correction letter to our bank to correct the beneficiary information, do not need you payment again, very easy to operate. Would you please help to deal with this, thank you! If you cannot handle, please let us know, we will inform the bank return the money, you re-send money!"

1 客户只不过是写错了账户名，直接简单指出就行了
2 为了方便起见，再在邮件里发一遍正确的名称，一为了确认，二为了方便客户，不用再去翻PI了
3 语气不要太急，在不了解客户当地银行操作的情况下，最好不要按照想当然地去给具体步骤
As the benefiary name in your last remittance was wrote wrongly please kindly revise our beneficiary name as belowing:

Swift NO.: XXX
Please make us know once you finished revision. Thanks.

以下是我写的，不知道有没有表达清楚。
We can't get the sample charges from our bank now because the beneficiary's name is not correct ( please see the special instruction on the PI) So please kindly help to ask your bank to send a letter to our bank to amend the name and you don't need to resend the charges now.
And If your bank can't help to send the note,please contact me a.s.a.p, we will return the charges to you and please repay it to us.
